Digital comparator output D3
The function "Pressure reached" enables monitoring of the pressure regulating
function.The target value is compared here with the actual value.
The digital switching output D3 becomes active as soon as the deviation from the
target value amounts to

0.5% FS (full scale) and becomes inactive when the
deviation from the target value exceeds > 1%FS.
