Remove all packing material such as protective wax, foils, caps and cartons.
The individual materials can be disposed of in separate containers for recycling
purposes.

First place all CPE...-PRS... in their mount
ing sequence.

Carry out the pressurization of the valves
(e.g. by first drawing a sketch).

Make sure that the diaphragms are not broken at the interface of two pres
sure zones. Damaged diaphragms cannot be sealed again.
You must decide here, whether diaphragms should be removed from the
compressed air channels in order to provide an unhindered flow.
Removing non-required diaphragms

Proceed as follows
– Press the three diaphragms in the
compressed air channels on the
CPE...-PRS...
inwards
with a punch
(A) as shown in the sketch
– Deburr any broken edges
– Remove shavings
Due to this time-saving work mode, ir
regular edges occur compared with preci
sion processing by machine.
