Work loads with their own guide
S
Adjust the guides of the work load and the DGC−... so that they are exactly
parallel.
You will then avoid overloading the guide (wear).
With hard and stiff work loads (steel)
Please note
If the aluminium slide becomes bent against
a buckled work load, the service life of the
guide will be reduced.

Make sure that the mounting surface of
the work load is not bent more than as
follows:
GF: 0.03 mm
KF: 0.01 mm
With mass geometries with projection in the
longitudinal direction of the slide
S
Make sure that the work load does not
strike against the motor.
S
If necessary, turn the motor unit
MTR−DCI−... in the coupling housing
(compare Fitting mechanical
components").
