The following diagram shows the pin assignment
of the operating voltage connection.
Potential equalization
The valve terminal has two connections for
potential equalization:
•
on the operating voltage connection
(pin 4 incoming socket).
•
on the left-hand end plate (M4 thread).
PLEASE NOTE
•
Always connect the earth potential to pin 4
of the operating voltage connection.
•
Connect the earth cable of the left-hand end
plate to the earth potential with low im-
pedance (short cable with large sectional
area).
•
By means of low impedance connections,
make sure that the housing of the valve
terminal and the earth connection at pin 4
have the same potential and that there are
no equalizing currents.
You can thereby avoid interference due to
electromagnetic influences.
