To begin painting, simply aim the spray gun at the element to be painted, keeping it at a
distance of 150 – 200 mm from the surface and press the trigger. While painting, move the
spray gun from side to side to distribute the paint as evenly as possible.
Do not point the spray at people or animals.
If the paint is not evenly distributed, adjust the amount of air/paint.
To stop the spray of paint, simply release the trigger.
Risk of Fire or Explosion
The solvents and paints can be highly flammable.
Use the spray gun in well-ventilated areas.
Do not smoke or use an open flame when using the spray gun.
Do not use solvents that may cause a chemical reaction with the aluminium and zinc
which the gun is constructed of and trigger an explosion.
1.3 Personal Protective Equipment
When using the spray gun, wear protective eye wear, a mask (suitable for painting
operations), gloves and suitable clothing for the painting operation.
