5.1 Replacing the tip
Burns
Only replace the tip when the metal parts are at room temperature.
Available in the Fervi catalogue there is a
Soldering iron spare part tip set (art. 0033)
that you can request from your dealer.
The soldering iron must be unplugged and away from sources of heat before and during this
operation:
Manually unscrew the fastening screw support (1);
Remove the dirt that may have formed inside the
tip casing;
Put the new tip (2) into position;
Manually tighten the fastening screw support.
