3. SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
All adjustment, commissioning and maintenance operations must be carried out by Qualified Personnel
in compliance with the current regulations. The personnel of our sales organisation and the Local After-
Sales Technical Service are at your disposal for any further information.
FERROLI S.p.A. declines any liability fordamage and/or injury caused by unqualified and unauthorised-
people tampering with the unit.
3.1 Adjustments
Air shutter and head adjustments
Head adjustment depends on burner delivery and is carried out by shiftin the adjustment screw

6) backwards or forwards after loosening it.
This changes the position of the baffle with respect to the nozzle and therefore the air passage.
The air shutter is operated by the servomotor.
Adjustment of the max. open/closed positions is made on the cams, by tuning anticlockwise to increase
opening of the shutter and clockwise to reduce it.
To adjust the air delivery operate on the red cam
for the 2nd stage and the orange
cam
for the
1st stage.
To limit losses to the flue with the boiler turned off, the burner is equipped with a gravity air
shutter that automatically closes when the burner stops.
