The expansion tank must be fi lled.
The gas fl ow and pressure must correspond to that given in the respective tables.
The boiler casing, panel and aesthetic parts can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth, possibly soaked in soapy
water. Do not use any abrasive detergents and solvents.
Opening the case
To open the boiler casing, you need to follow the sequence
given below and the instructions of
fi g. 26.
Using a screwdriver, fully unscrew and remove the 2
screws “A”
Open by lowering the panel “B”
Lift and take off the casing “C” 1.

Before carrying out any operation inside the boiler, disconnect the electrical power supply and close the gas
cock upstream
Combustion check
Connect the fl ue gas analyzer to the fl ue gas sampling point as shown in the fi g. 27 and check combustion as described
in table 4 and table 5.
Press the CH button for 5 seconds to place boiler into
test mode
Wait for 10 minutes for the boiler to stabilize fully
Take the measurement and record
Take the boiler to minimum output by pressing the
CH button, allow the boiler to stabilize for a further 10
minutes.

If the combustion reading is greater than the acceptable value AND the integrity of the complete fl ue system and
combustion circuit seals have been veri fi ed and the inlet gas pressure (and gas rate) have been veri fi ed, proceed
as in section Setting the Air/Gas Ratio valve.
