If the pump does not function do not try to repair it, return it
for service to your local dealer or to a Germa service centre.
8. Storage
After each use, check to ensure that the full body splint is
still operating correctly and made ready for its next use.
Open the valve by turning it fully clockwise to fully close
then ½-1 turn anti-clockwise to open and put the splint
onto an even surface. Make sure the granules have been
distributed evenly, close the valve by turning clockvise and
then fold the mattress in its initial position.
The vacuum splint can be stored on top of the stretcher, or
folded in the storage bag, such that it will fit in the designated
storage area.
