Description
A small, easy handle cut-off machine designed for cutting discs. Suitable for cutting
in tinplate of cars. The rear air outlet opening (Pos.4) through the handle reduces the
risk that compressed air with dirt particles, may blow in the face of the user. The tool is
equipped with safety switch (Pos.5), which prevents unintentional start-up of the tool and
automatically returns to the initial position after start-up of the tool. Supplied as standard
with disc cover (Pos.1), easilly manually adjustable in 10 different positions.
Health hazards
• User of the tool should always take care of his and other persons’ safety. The user
must always use personal protective equipment.
• Wear safety goggles, in order to reduce risk of eye injuries that could be caused by
flying sawdust, dust and sparkles.
• Inhalation of dust can be harmful to health. Wear a suitable visor or breathing
apparatus, when working in a dusty environment.
• In case of continuous work wear safety gloves protecting against the cold air.
• In order to avoid eventual aural injuries, always use ear protection when using the
tool.
• The user must always pay attention to the fact that continuous use of rotating and
impact producing manual tools could result in baneful influence on health caused by
the vibration.
• Ergonomic load: Work with the tools related to recurrent, monotone movements and
unfavourable body positions may cause back, scruff, arm, marrowbone and other
joint injuries.
Remember!
• Do not wear loose long hair, loose clothing or jewellery, which could become caught
up in moving parts of the tool and cause injuries and clothing damages.
• A switched-on tool may be directed towards the work material only. Loose parts
may disunite and cause damages. A person or an object may become in contact with
the tool, which could cause an accident or material loses.
• Cold or wet hands, smoking and snivel may increase vibration caused hazards.
• Let the tool operate and by holding the handle use the least possible force. If
