Operation Instructions
1.
To turn the light on/off, press and hold the headlamp power button for 0.8 seconds.
2. Cycle through the three brightness levels in the order of High→ Low → Mid by a single press
on the headlamp power button.
3. To activate the flashing mode, double press the headlamp power button; a single press on the
headlamp button will return it to general mode.
Note:
1. As with any performance light, the BT10 builds up heat when run in the high brightness level
for an extended period. Intelligent circuitry in the BT10 will downshift the light to guard against
overheating.
2. The BT10 retains the last brightness level used (not flashing mode) even after batteries are
changed.
Mounting Instructions
Mounting the Headlamp on a Handlebar
1.
Twist the headlamp to keep the light holder perpendicular to the headlamp.
2.
Choose one of the three “O-ring” style mounting straps that fit the handlebar diameter and
place the side without the tab into the light holder with Fenix logo.
3.
Place the headlamp /mounting assembly on the handlebar (with the logo side at the front) ,
pull /stretch the tab side of the mounting strap under the handlebar, towards the back and loop
it over and into the back slot.
4.
Depending on your lighting needs, adjust the direction of the headlamp before testing the
BT10’s power and functions.
Note: Tighten or loosen the headlamp-to-mount assembly by turning the Phillips screw under the
lamp holder.
Mounting the Headlamp on a Helmet
1.
Twist the headlamp to keep the light holder perpendicular to the headlamp.
2.
Choose a medium-sized O-ring mounting strap and place the side without the tab into the light
holder with Fenix logo.
