INSTALLATION OF THE BALANCER UNIT (Fig. 9)
a. Extract the circlip (40).
b. Lift the machine body to the maximum height.
c. Insert the eye of the tie rod (38) in the pin seat (39).
d. Put the circlip (40) in the relative groove.
3.2.
CUTTING ANGLE-HEAD ROTATION ADJUSTMENT (Fig. 5)
NOTE
The machine is delivered with default calibration with fi xed 0° and adjustable 45° and
60° (to modify the 45° or 60° act on the bracket (22) ).

a. To adjust the cutting angle proceed as follows:
b. slacken knob (23);
c. turn the swivel support using the handgrip;
d. stop rotation when the pointer (25) is aligned with the selected position on the graduated
scale;
e. block the swivel support by tightening knob (23),
To return to initial conditions, proceed as follows:
a. release the swivel support by slackening knob (23),
b. turn the swivel support using the handgrip;
c. stop rotation at the end of the mechanical stroke;
d. block the swivel support by tightening knob (23),
3.3.
ADJUSTING THE SLIDING BLADE GUIDE POSITION (Fig. 3)
DANGER - CAUTION
PERFORM ADJUSTMENT OPERATIONS WHENEVER YOU PREPARE A WORK
PHASE.
a. slacken knob (17);
b. Slide the blade guide (18) until it is as close to the workpiece as possible.
c. Simulate the work phase to be performed to make sure that there is no interference and/
or contact between the blade guide, the workpiece and other parts of the machine.
d. Block the blade guide in position by tightening the knob (17),
