G.A.S. Gas Analysis Software
G.A.S. has a multitude of features available to the users of the F-900 Portable Ethylene
Analyzer. G.A.S. software enables the user to view graph displays of measurements, remotely
navigate through the F-900 menu system, calibrate the instrument, and run diagnostic tests.
NOTE:
G.A.S. is only compatible with F-
900’s running firmware version 4.7.0.7 and above.

Download the F-9x GAS_LAB_setup.exe from https://felixinstruments.com/support/F-

Launch the downloaded G.A.S. program
Connection to the GAS software is available through USB cable connection.
1.
The ‘searching…’ button in the upper right-hand corner of the software indicates that the
software is actively searching for a device to connect with.
2. Plug the F-900 into your PC through the USB cord and power on the F-900.
3. Once connected, the button in the right-
hand corner will read ‘connection’ and your device
serial number should appear in the upper left-hand corner of the window.
Click on the
serial number
, you are now ready to interact with the F-900

Click on the connection
button in the upper right hand corner to dis-connect or re-connect.
