1 Belt
2 Locking screws (4x)
1.
Switch off the machine at the main switch, disconnect the power supply.
2.
Remove the Z-axis cover. See
11.3‘Grease trapezoidal spindles’
3.
Loosen the 4 motor fixing screws (do not remove them). Support the oppo-
site side.
4.
Remove the old belt and dispose of correctly.
5.
Fitting a new belt.
6.
To tighten the belt, move the motor with one hand away from the axis and
then lock in place using the locking screws.
7.
Screw the cover back on.
