3.4.2 Carbon brushes
In case of excessive sparking, have the carbon brushes checked only by a qualified
electrician. Caution:The carbon brushes should not be replaced by anyone but a qualified
electrician.
3.4.3 Servicing
There are no parts inside the appliance which require additional maintenance.
3.4.4 Ordering replacement parts:
Please provide the following information on all orders for spare parts:

Model/type of the appliance

Article number of the appliance

ID number of the appliance

Spare part number of the required spare part
3.4.5 Changing the brush ring
Loosen the six screws with a screwdriver.
Lift the brush ring carefully out with the screwdriver.To assemble the new brush ring
proceed in reverse order.
3.4.6 Changing the sanding disc

If the velcro fastening is worn out, the sanding-disc must be changed.

Before changing the sanding-disc pull the plug from the outlet.

Remove the sandpaper from the sanding-disc

Unscrew the sanding-disc from the threaded connection.

Remove the sanding-disc

Place the new sanding-disc on the machine

Put in tightly.
