Warranty
PREBEBE, the official sales corporation of FEDORA distributes and sells authenticated products
that have passed the stringent quality control. PREBEBE warrants the quality of FEDORA
products as long as the product is purchased from its official dealers.
Warranty service lasts for a year after receiving the product. However, some cost for our service
will be required for the following cases:
- Malfunction caused by abnormal operation other than instructed in the manual
- Any maintenance work done by the 3rd party other than PREBEBE
- Malfunction caused by natural disaster
- Malfunction by non-carefulness and/or accident
- Other malfunction which is not caused by faulty product
- Abrasion of consumable parts that can happen during the regular use
- Replacement of parts by loss or breakage
- For products purchased from the dealers of PREBEBE Korea, warranty service is limited to
Korea and services for overseas purchases are not available.
Replacement and return of the product
Exchange and return of unused product is available within 7 days of receiving the product (as per electro-trade act 17-1).
In case the product is not returnable because over 7 days have passed after receiving or there is any trace of using the
product, the product will be under A/S. (However, if the product is faulty, part replacement is available.)
If the product does not fall under exchange/return regulation, the product will be under A/S. Please contact our customer
center (1688 -1375) for more details.
Fast treatment for exchange/returns is available for the offline transactions by using the shop where the product was purchased.
For replacement/return of online purchases, please contact directly the internet shopping mall where the product was purchased.
Deliveries for exchanges/returns should be made through the designated home delivery company after registration with the
shop where the product was purchased or with PREBEBE. Additional home delivery cost may occur in case of using other
courier than the designated delivery service company.
We do not accept the replacements/returns for the following cases, due to loss or damage done to the value of the product.
In case the tag is removed from the product
In case the packaging is damaged
In case of breakage or loss of any component or part
In case there is trace of using the product (contamination or marks of assembly)
Breakage, malfunction, contamination caused by carelessness of the user
We are not able to offer exchange/return services to users abroad.
In case the price for the product or parts has changed after purchasing due to changes in the manufacturer’
we do not accept any request for refund or compensation for the price gap for the product or parts. Dealers’
orders may be cancelled without prior notice. Customers will have to pay for delivery/return charges in case of request for
return and refund because of change of mind.
PREBEBE is not responsible for any returns without prior registration for exchange or returns (Do not fail to register with the
shop where the product was purchased or PREBEBE customer center for returns.)
