• Do not move the stove once a fire is burning in it.
• Wear appropriate clothing when using the rocket
stove. Long loose sleeves catch fire quickly!
• Be careful when adding fuel and keep a bucket of
sand or a powder fire extinguisher handy in case of
emergency.
• Do not pour cold liquids (e.g. water) on the cast iron
top of the rocket stove as this may crack or damage
the cast iron.
• Allow the rocket furnace to cool completely after use.
• Clean ash from the combustion chamber as needed.
Do not remove ashes until they have cooled and then
dispose of them properly. Never dispose of hot ash in
the household waste!
• No liability is assumed in case of improper operation
or misuse of the rocket furnace. The stove must not
be opened or disassembled, otherwise the warranty
will be voided.
WARNING - FIRE HAZARD
Remove the packaging and check whether the furnace
components are damaged. If in doubt, do not use the
furnace and contact the customer service.
• If the furnace body or individual parts are damaged,
do not use the furnace and contact the customer
service.
• Before using the furnace, check the fuel and the
environment are suitable.
• Do not use any liquid, firelighter or explosive flam-
mable liquids such as gasoline or alcohol. There is a
risk of personal injury, property damage and
environmental damage.
• Solid firelighters are recommended.
• Do not cover the furnace, fire hazard!
• Always wait until the ash has cooled completely
before disposing of it. Ashes are not to be disposed
of in the general household rubbish bin.
Use position
WARNING
The rocket stove is intended for outdoor use only. In
case of unintended indoor use, there is an extreme
risk of fire and suffocation. Use the rocket stove only in
places where its use is permitted and not in conserva-
tion areas. Check the environment and legal guidelines
before operating the stove. Use in nature after a long
dry period is strictly discouraged. In case of leakage of
the smallest particles of embers, or contact of the stove
body with other objects, there is a high risk of fire.
