Edition 1.1 pg.5
3.5 Telephone Guide
The following is created here:
1.
The recipients who must be able to be called.
2.
And the people who must gain access with the optional access control keypad and/or badge
reader.
Screen name:
this name is shown in the display if this recipient is assigned to a button.
Telephone number:
this is the number that the door intercom must call to be able to reach this
recipient.
Lock 1 code:
this code can be used to open relay 1 of the door intercom using the optional access
control keypad.
Lock 2 code:
this code can be used to open relay 2 of the door intercom using the optional access
control keypad.
Time profile:
you can assign a time profile to a recipient. If a call is placed to this recipient outside
the time profile, the door intercom will not launch a call
or
it will call the next recipient who does fall
within the time profile.
For instance, you can program 3 shift teams under 1 button, each with a different time profile of 8
work hours. The correct shift team will then always be called at the correct time. See the following
two points: 3.6 Button Settings and 3.7 Time Profile.
Call and Come In:
if 1 of the 2 relays is chosen here, this relay will be activated directly when calling
this recipient.
