Release the folding lever on each side of the handlebar, then fold the handles
90 degrees to complete their folding.

Push the handlebar forward by pressing the folding loop (Part #10) to release the pin
(Part #11) from the folding joint (Part #13), and then fold the vertical bar of the handlebar
toward the rear of the vehicle to the point where the folding loop fits into the clip provided.

To unfold the vehicle, simply reverse the procedure described previously.
