Check  behind  frame  for  obstacles  before  drilling.  Check  for  wires 
and fuel/brake lines. 

Drill  4 pilot holes then drill those holes out with a 

5/16” bit for the self threading bolts.  

g.  Apply motor oil to  gasket located on filters. Attach to system and hand 

tighten. 

e.  Disconnect the factory power plug to the factory lift pump. Plug female plug of the WH-1005 harness into 

the FASS pump. Reconnect the vehicles battery. Turn key on. With pump operating, liberally spray WD-
40 (or equivalent) into ‘T’ port fitting. This process helps lubricate the gear for easier initial priming. 

f.  Using  the  4  -  3/8”  Self  Threading  bolts,  attach  the  pump  to  the  frame 

making sure to place the rubber isolator between the frame and bracket.
