Feeding plug not connected or defective:
- check the plug
Machine not powered:
- Restore the electric connections.
Defective inverter :
- replace the inverter, (skilled staff needed in this case)
Motor shorted:
- replace the motor, (skilled staff needed in this case)
Belt broken:
- Replace the belt
ROTATION CONTROL PEDAL FAILS TO RETURN TO CENTRAL POSITION:

Control spring broken:
- Replace the control spring.
BEAD BREAKER PEDAL AND TABLE TOP PEDAL DO NOT RETURN TO HOME POSITION :
.
Control spring broken:
- Renew the spring.
No oil in lubricator:
- Top up lubricator with SAE20 non-detergent oil .
AIR LEACK INSIDE THE MACHINE :
.
Air leak from bead breaker cock:
- Renew the cock.
- Renew bead breaker cylinder.
Air leak from the table top cock:
- Renew table cock unions.
- Replace the cock.

Incorrect release valve setting:
- Adjust air delivery regulators on control valve.
ELECTICAL BEAD BREAKER MOTOR NOT OPERATE :

Blown fuses:
- Replace the fuses type 10,3x38 16 A.
