CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
1. Make sure the system is off and unplug the spray system from the wall outlet.
1. Use a cloth to wipe the spray unit clean.
2. Remove and rinse the system filter found on the bottom side of unit with warm water.
Let dry completely before replacing into the unit. Clean the filter at least every 50 sprays.
1. Remove hose and pour our excess solution from the applicator cup.
2. Rinse and fill solution cup with warm water. You may add a bit of spray gun cleaner for
better results if needed.
3. Reconnect applicator and set the spray unit setting to HIGH and the applicator dial
turned to 8 for optimal cleaning. Spray water until it is clear of any solution. If or spray gun
cleaner is used, repeat steps 2 and 3 using only warm water.
4. Empty solution cup and reset the spray unit and applicator dial to preferred or previous
spray settings.
5. Wipe any excess water from the applicator using a cloth or paper towel.
2. Adjust the solution dial on the handle of the applicator to desired level. A higher setting
will result in more solution spraying out of the applicator. The best recommended setting for
a more water-like solution is the machine on HIGH and the applicator dial on 2 or 3. The best
recommended setting for a thicker solution is the machine on HIGH with the applicator dial
on 4 - 7.
Your goal is to spray a fine atomized mist 4-6 inches away from skin.
3. The spray pattern is determined by the nozzle position. Turn the nozzle in a vertical
position for spraying up and down. Turn the nozzle in a horizontal position for spraying
side to side. (More info can be found in the FAN PATTERN section.)
4. The spray unit should be at least the hose’s length (6, 8 or 10 feet depending on hose)
away from where you are spraying to ensure that the overspray is not sucked into the
motor.
5. The LOW setting on the machine is for the built-in heat drying function and should be
used only with the hose (detach the applicator). As the applicator will expel air at a high
speed, even warm air will cool before it reaches the client.
