PREPARE AND INSTALL VENT PANELS (continued)
11. Verify that panels are in position
with UV-protected side toward
the sun.
12. Take one mullion cap and set in
over the mullion where the first two
panels meet.
NOTE:
Do not install end mullion
caps at this time. Install all inner
caps (those between end caps) first.
10. Prepare and install the next panel
(adjacent to the first).
13. Press mullion cap tight against the polycarbonate panels.
14. Secure mullion cap to mullion using 112166 screws. Tighten until snug.
Do
not overtighten!
Install UV-protected side toward
the sun. This is the side marked
with tape in Step 2. Remove
tape once panel is installed.
NOTE:
For best results, hand-
tighten the 112166 metal screws
until snug.
