Parts List and Tools Required

ATTACH UNDERCARRIAGE TO 

THE CART BED

5/16" x 2-1/4" 

Bolts (4)

5/16" Flat Washers (4)

5/16" Locknuts (4)

Complete the following steps to attach the 

undercarriage to the cart bed.  

 

NOTE:

 Position the cart bed so you can access all 

sides.
1.  With assistance, lift and place the 

undercarriage onto the cart bed. Insert one 

5/16" x 2-1/4" bolt through the cart bed 

support and undercarriage. 

 

NOTE:

 If mounting holes are slightly 

misaligned, use a drill and a 3/8" bit to enlarge 

the holes.

2.  Slide one flat washer over the bolt.
3.  Add one locknut. 

Do not tighten at this time.

4.  Repeat Steps 1-3 for the remaining three (3) 

bolts and tighten all bolts. Bolts should be 

snug. To prevent damage to the bolts, 

do not 

overtighten.
