ASSEMBLY
1. Stand one (1) lower frame upright. Slide legs of one (1)
upper frame over mounting tubes on lower frame.
2. Insert one (1) round head screw through each hole in
the legs of the frame. Position the screw heads to the
outside of the frame. Tighten screws securely.
3. Repeat steps to assemble second end frame.
4. Lay one end frame on its side. Push the brake lock
lever down to lock the brake on one (1) wheel. Turn the
wheel assembly to thread the wheel stud into the insert
in the bottom of the frame leg. Turn the wheel
assembly until it is tight against the bottom of the frame
leg. Repeat this step for the remaining three (3) wheels
