ASSEMBLY
Remove parts from box and identify items.
DO NOT TIGHTEN NUTS AND BOLTS UNTIL END
STEP 1:
Remove Tongue Bolt, Lock Nut, Tongue Washers, and Spacer from the center of the Front Axle.
Align hole in center of axle with hole in center of the Tongue Attachment. Insert Spacer in between the Tongue
Yoke and Axle Frame. Insert Tongue Bolt with Washer through hole. Next, slide on Tongue Washer, smaller
Washer and Lock Nut.
NOTE: Tongue Attachment is shipped secured to the Tie Rods and Front Axles
STEP 2:
Slide Wheel onto each side of the
Front Axle
, followed by a Large Washer and Cotter Pin.
STEP 3:
Slide Wheel onto each side of
Back Axle
, followed by a Large Washer and Cotter Pin.
