Training supervision
Training must be carried out under the supervision of a skilled person, in an
open space and free from obstacles and must continue until the trainee is
able to safely operate and use the machine.
Operator responsibility
The operator must be trained with regard to responsibility and authority to
switch off the machine in the event of fault or other unsafe conditions, both
relating to the machine and to the work area.
NOTE: the owner shall provide skilled personnel for training both at the time
of delivery of the first units and later, if required by the user or
personnel.
