Callbarring
Add callbarring：
You can click the "Import/Export Management", enter the Import
/ Export interface, and click on the "callbarring" button (slide your
finger touches the screen from right to left to switch to the
callbarring interface). Then you can click the "Options" button，
choose a custom number or via the contact to add.Finally,clicking
the "OK" button，that is added successfully。
Note :
Subject the added callbarring effect，you should check the option,
“Settings-Call-General-Enable callbarring”
Remove callbarring：
You can enter callbarring interface，long press one number，
and“delete” button will appear in the title bar.Then you can select
the number you want to delete，click the delete button。
