Download/Unzip the update file “RheoVADR.uc3”. The file name must not be 
changed. 

4.

 

Copy the “RheoVADR.uc3” file to the USB flash drive prepared in Step 2. 

5.

 

Safely detach the flash drive from the computer. 

6.

 

Turn 

OFF

 the rheometer to be updated. 

7.

 

Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port on the rheometer. 

8.

 

Press and hold the 

STOP

 button, and then turn on power. 

9.

 

The 

SETUP

 screen will display. 

10.

 

Press 

fn

 button to advance to next screen. 

11.

 

Select 

Option 2 Firmware Update

 to start the update. 

12.

 

The screen will go blank and after update is completed, the rheometer will 
restart. 

13.

 

On Start up, the System Information screen will display the new Firmware 
Revision.
