Switching the alarm off
The alarm key will flash during an alarm situation ( ). Press this key
to see what type of alarm it is.
Possibility 1
Alarm 10 indicates that there is an alarm situation. The alarm can be
temporarily switched off by changing the value 10 into 7. The alarm
message will remain visible on the second line as long as the alarm
situation has not been cancelled. When the alarm situation has been
cancelled, the message will disappear.
Alarm stand by 0
will appear on the
first line.
Possibility 2
Alarm 5 indicates that there was an alarm situation which has already
been cancelled. For example, the temperature may have dropped briefly in
the house. The computer has switched off the alarm. The alarm message
remains visible on the second line. If the alarm value is set to 7 (alarm
temporarily off) , the computer will automatically set the alarm to 0 (
stand by).
The second line shows the type of alarm and the scale number concerned,
e.g
Scale error nr. 1.
Alarm 10

Cancelled 5
