It's not broken; just press it back in place.

A

Q

How do I make the massage deeper?

Lower the reclining seat back and sit further back in the chair so that more of your weight is resting
on the seat back.
If that's still not deep enough, remove the buffer pad from inside the back pad.

A

Q

How do I make the massage lighter?

Replace buffer pad at the back of back pad with another thicker one.
If this does not solve, raise seat back up.

A

Q

I spilled water on the chair. What should I do?

Immediately turn the main POWER switch to OFF, and then unplug the chair from the wall. Contact the store
where you purchased the chair for assistance.

A

Q

Can you use the chair even if you are overweight?

We recommend the chair be used by people weighing up to 100 kg. If you weigh more than that, try
sitting lightly in the chair, not leaning back too hard on the seat back.
