Problem
The speakers produce a “pop”
sound when the power is turned
ON or OFF.
The instrument is turned on,
however no sound is produced
when the keys are played.
When using a mobile phone,
noise is produced.
The wrong notes sound when
the keyboard is played.
After connecting with the computer,
the piano is not recognized.
Possible Cause and Solution
This is normal and no cause for alarm.

Make sure the volume is set to an appropriate level.

Check that a pair of headphones are not connected to the PHONES jack 2.
Using a mobile phone in close proximity to the instrument may produce interference.
To prevent this, turn off the mobile phone or use it far away from the instrument.
Make sure the Tune setting is set to “0”. Press and hold the [+/Yes] and [-/No]
buttons simultaneously, then turn the instrument on to revert settings to default
value.
Please check if the USB cable is being connected firmly,or try to connect another
USB port of the computer,without the need to intall another driver on the PC.
