Operation:
Start:
The Fame Voyager 12 is equipped with a rechargeable Lead-gel battery with an operating time of
up to 5 hours. The power supply of the loudspeaker can be done by mains voltage with a power
of 350 watts or by the integrated battery with a power of 150 watts.
The red switch on the battery compartment is used to set mains and battery operation:
1. Power adapter
Connect the device to the power supply and wait a few seconds until it is ready for operation.
Turn the red switch to
"DC off"
and then press the on/off switch. The unit is powered by mains
voltage; battery operation is switched off. In this state the integrated battery cannot be charged.
2. Battery power
Before the device can be operated for the first time, the built-in battery must be fully charged.
Turn the red switch to "DC ON" and connect the device to a power outlet using the included
power cable. The full charging time is up to 12 hours. The charging process is confirmed by the
green charging LED. When the battery is fully charged, the charging LED turns off.
The 4-battery level LEDs on the back of the speaker indicate the charge status of the built-in
battery. If all 3 green LEDs light up, the battery is fully charged. If the battery is discharged, the
red LED lights up.
