> The electrical installation of the relevant area complies

with the requirements of the IEC (ANSI) standards.

> The device was used following the in-

structions of the user’s manual.

•  This product has been optimized for the use with

music and speech signals. The use with sine,
square or other measuring signals at high le-
vels can cause serious damage to the device.

General Safety Information for Amplifier

During installation, protective clothing should be
worn and equipment used at all times (especially
head protection, gloves and safety shoes) and only
suitable lifting equipment (ladders, scaffolding) should

be used. The responsibility for this lies solely with the installer.

ATTENTION!

After installation the mounting system and the
amplifiers must be checked for a secure hold. The
operator of the amplifier systems (fixed or mobile)

is obligated to check or to have checked all system components
on a regular basis, taking into account the respective national
regulations and to immediately eliminate potential damage.
Furthermore, we strongly recommend detailed documentation
of all control measures.

Wind loads, snow and ice loads as well as thermal effects are to
be taken into account for the stability and viability of amplifier
systems which are permanently, or for long periods of time,
located outdoors as well as the structures and surfaces. In
particular, the load bearing points of flown systems should be
dimensioned as too allow for sufficient safety reserves. In this
case, national regulations are always to be followed.

•  Please consult the manufacturer to see if your

amplifiers are suitable for outdoor use.

Professional amplifier systems are capable of pro-
ducing sound levels high enough to cause hearing
damage. Even exposure to seemingly mild and
harmless sound levels over prolonged periods of

time can cause permanent hearing damage (from 95 dBA SPL)!
Therefore we recommend that anyone who is exposed to high
sound levels to wear professional hearing protection (ear plugs
or capsule headsets).
