Important Safety Instructions! 
Please read before connection and operation!

 
This product has left the manufactory in a safe and operational 
condition. In order to retain this condition and to ensure for 
safe operation, please adhere to the following recommenda-
tions and warnings found in this manual. 

WARNING: In order to prevent the risk of fire or electrocu-

tion, this device must not be exposed to moisture or rain. 

Do not remove or open the housing – there are no compo-

nents in the interior which are serviceable by the user.

This Symbol, wherever it appears, warns of any 
dangerous, non-isolated voltage within the housing 
– voltage which may be dangerous and cause 
electrocution. 

This Symbol, wherever it appears, warns of any exter-
nally accessible, dangerous voltage. Every connection 
made with a connecting terminal, which features this 
symbol, must only be made with cables recommended 

by the manufacturer or those installed by properly trained 
personnel. 

This Symbol, wherever it appears, alerts to import-
ant operating and maintenance instructions, which 
can be found in the included documents. Please 
read the hand-book.

This Symbol, wherever it appears, warns of: Cauti-
on! Hot Surface! Do not touch to prevent burns.

•  Please read these instructions
•  Please keep these instructions in a safe place.
•  Follow all warnings and instructions on 

the device and in this manual.

•  Do not operate this device near water. Do not pla-

ce this device near water, bath tubs, sinks, moist 
areas, swimming pools or in damp rooms. 

•  Do not place any vessels containing liquids such as 

drinking glasses, vases, bottles etc. on the device. 

•  Clean the device only with a dry cloth.
•  Do not remove any part or component of the housing.
•  The operating voltage displayed on the device must match 

the voltage of the local mains power supply. If you are not 
sure about the voltage of your local mains power supply 
please refer to your distributor or local power supplier. 

•  To prevent the risk of electrocution, the grounding of the 

device must be maintained. Use only the included power 
supply connection cable and keep the function of the 
side, grounded contacts of the mains connection upright. 
Ensure that the device is connected only to mains sockets 
which feature a properly functioning protective earth. 

•  Protect the power supply cable from being walked on 

and crushed, especially near the plug, socket – and 
where it exits the device! Power supply cables should 
always be handled with care. Inspect the cable in 
regular intervals for wear and tear, especially near the 
plug, socket and at the connection with the device. 

•  Never use a damaged power supply cable.
•  Disconnect the cable from the device during thunder-

storms and when not in use for long periods of time. 

•  The device is completely removed from the mains 

power supply only when the cable has been disconnec-
ted. The device should positioned in such a way as to 
allow for quick and easy disconnection of the cable.

•  Fuse: replace fuses only with the type IEC 127 (5x20mm) and 

the correct nominal value, to ensure optimal performance! 
Do not use shorted fuses or bridge the fuse holder. Fuses 
should only be replaced by properly trained personnel. 

•  All maintenance should be done by qualified per-

sonnel. Maintenance is required if the device has 
been damaged in any wax, for example:

 

> If the power supply cable or the plug is 

damaged or shows sign of wear. 

 

> If fluids of objects get into the housing 

 

> If the device is exposed to rain or moisture.

 

> If the device does not operate normally, although the 

instructions of the user’s manual were followed. 

 

> If the device was dropped or the 

housing has been damaged.

•  Devices connected to these amplifiers should not fall below 

the minimum nominal impedance printed in this manual 
or the device itself. The cables used must be in accordance 
with the local regulations have a sufficient diameter.

•  Keep this device out of direct sunlight. 
•  Do not position this device near sources of heat such as 

radiators, cookers or other device that produce heat. 

•  Do not block the ventilation openings of the housing. 

Install this device only as instructed by the manufacturer. 
This device my not be installed – for example in a rack, 
except in the case that sufficient ventilation is provided.

•  A cold device should always be allowed to warm up 

to the temperature of its environment, when trans-
ported to a new location. Condensation may have 
formed in the interior of the housing which may cause 
damage to the device if not allowed to warm up. 

•  Do not expose to or place any open flames, 

such as burning candles, on the device. 

•  The device should be positioned at 

least 20 cm from any wall. 

•  The device may only be used together with trolleys, stands, 

tables or mounts which are specifically from the manufactu-
rer or were sold together with the device. If a trolley is used, 
be careful to prevent potential injuries caused by tipping. 

•  Use only accessories recommended by the manufac-

turer. This applies to all kinds of accessories, such as 
protective covers, transport bags, stands as well as 
wall ceiling mounts. Always follow the manufacturer’s 
instructions when using accessories. Always use the 
mounting points intended by the manufacturer only. 

•  This device is not suited for persons (including child-

ren) with physical, sensory or mental handicaps, or for 
persons with insufficient experience and/or knowled-
ge to operate such a device. Children under the age 
4 should be kept out of reach of this device. 

•  Do not put any objects through the ventilation 

openings of the housing, this may cause dange-
rous, electric components to be damaged or shor-
ted. This may result in fire or electrocution. 

•  This device is capable of producing sonic pressure levels 

of more than 90dB. This may result in permanent hearing 
damage! Hearing protection should be worn if exposed to 
high sonic pressure levels for extended periods of time. 

•  The manufacturer guarantees the safety, reliability and per-

formance of this device under the following circumstances:

 

> Installation, expansion, reinstallation, modi-

fication and repairs were carried out by the 
manufacturer or authorized personnel.
