Route planner
You can use the route planner to simulate routes before you set off.
1. Tap on the
Route planner
button on the main menu.
2. The route planner has a similar structure to the address entry function. You first enter a starting point, and you then
define a finish point for your route. (Cf. Using the keypad)
3. Then
tap
on
Calculate
.
4. Tap
on
Simulation
to simulate the route which is to be travelled.
5. Tapping on the map will take you back to the main menu and there you can cancel the simulation on page 3
(by
clicking on the blue arrow at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen).
Tours
You can compile tours with several stop-off points.
1. Tap on the
Tours
button on the main menu.
2. Tap
on
New tour
to create a new tour.
3. Enter a name via the keypad and tap
Use
.
4. Tap on the + button in order to create stops in the tour.
For example, you can add an
Address
.
5. Tap on
Calculate
to run through the tour you have created.
Delete route
If you are currently navigating but wish to stop navigating before you have reached your destination, you should select
the
Delete route
button on the main menu. You will switch to the position-tracking mode. You can also delete a simu-
lated route in the route planner via this option.

Route options
1. Select
the
Route options
button on the main menu.
2. You can set the means of transport which you are currently using: Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle or Pedestrian
Then tap on
Next
.
3. You should now select the criterion for route optimisation Route optimised – shortest route to your destination /
Quickest – route with the shortest travelling time / Economical – route with optimum time and distance
Then tap on
Next
.
4. Stipulate whether certain means of transport should be excluded. (Motorways, Ferries, Toll roads)
