OPERATION OF HYDRAULIC MATERIAL DOOR
DANGER: TO AVOID INJURY OR DEATH FROM HOT ASPHALT
BURNS, STAND BACK WHEN ASPHALT IS FLOWING FROM A
TILTED DUMP BOX.
CAUTION: TO AVOID SERIOUS INJURY, DO NOT PUT HANDS NEAR
THE MATERIAL DOOR WHEN LIFTING OR LOWERING.
To open the material door, lift the left lever of the spool valve and release when door is
open to desired height.
To close the material door, depress the left lever of the spool valve until door is at desired
position.
