Tighten bolts and nuts and replace them if
necessary.
Check the columns
for signs of wear and tear,
cracks and deformation.
Put the lift out of use immediately and contact your
Falco-retailer.
Check the lifting arms for signs of wear and tear,
cracks and deformation.
Put the lift out of use immediately , have the broken
parts repaired/replaced immediately by a
professional mechanic, only use original Falco-parts.
Check the steel cables for signs of wear and tear,
cracks and deformation.
Put the lift out of use immediately , have the entire
steel cable replaced immediately by a professional
mechanic, only use original Falco-parts.
Check the anchor bolts for signs of wear and tear,
cracks and deformation.
Replace the anchor bolt if necessary, make sure the
hole is in good condition, use at least M18 x 160mm
bolts and preferably chemical anchoring.
Check the rubber pads for signs of wear and tear,
cracks and deformation.
Replace the rubber pads, onl use original Falco
parts.
Check the concrete floor for signs of wear and
tear, cracks and deformation.
Put the lift out of us immediately,

for the demands which the concrete
floor has to meet.
Check if the safety locking mechanism for the
lifting bodies functions appropriately.
Put the lift out of use immediately,
