• Make sure the work area is clear of obstacles before lowering the vehicle.
• After the bridge has lowered 20-30cm, the foot safety kicks in and the
bridge stops lowering. Release the down button and press it again to
lower the bridge further.
5. Maintenance
Daily Maintenance
Keep the bridge and work area clean, make sure the power is turned off befo-
re cleaning the bridge.
Before use, check and maintain all bridge safety features. Do not use the
bridge if one or more of the safety devices are not functioning.
Check the air valve for leaks and see if it is sufficiently lubricated.
Monthly maintenance
Check the anchor bolts and tighten if necessary.
Check all hoses and fittings for wear and leakage. If leakage is caused by
worn sealing parts, replace with parts that meet specifications.
Check whether the moving parts are well lubricated with EP40 multi-grease.
Semi-annual maintenance
Check all moving parts for possible wear.
Check the lubrication of all rollers.
Clean the hydraulic system and change the hydraulic oil with CH 46-V hy-
draulic oil.
Storage
If the bridge is to be stored for a long time, make sure that the power is dis-
connected, all parts are lubricated and the tank is vented. Cover the elevator
with a plastic cover.
Dispose of electrical appliances in an environmentally friendly manner
Do not dispose of electrical appliances in the household waste. In accordance
with the European Directive 2012/19/EU on electronic devices, they must be
collected separately for recycling. Contact your local authorities for available
disposal options for your worn-out appliance.
