• Check with the dipstick whether there is enough oil in the oil tank, do
not operate the bridge if the oil tank is empty. Use CH 46-V hydraulic oil.
• Attach all oil lines and press the up button, test the electrical parts. If the
motor does not operate, the bridge makes an abnormal noise, the plat-
form does not rise, or the motor becomes hot, STOP the bridge immedia-
tely and check the wire connections.
Preparation
Lubricate the moving surface of the roller evenly with EP40 multi-grease, also
lubricate all joints of the bridge with EP40 multi-grease.
Make sure there is enough oil in the tank.
Check before use
Attention! Make sure that oil lines and hydraulic hoses do not get caught in
the bridge scissor mechanism.
• Check that all connecting bolts are tight.
• Press the up button, the bridge platforms will rise. When releasing the
up button, the platforms will remain stationary. Press the down button to
lower the platforms.
• Check that the bridge platforms raise and lower in sync.
• Check that the platforms stop automatically when the maximum lift
height is reached.
• Check whether there is air in the hydraulic system and bleed if necessary,
if the flow of oil through the transparent hose is constant, the air has
been removed from the hydraulic system.
• Check for leaks in the cylinder, hoses or fittings.
• Check for possible air leakage in the solenoid valve, cylinder, pressure
control valve and fittings.
• Check for abnormal noises in pump or motor.
