Before Usage
Your device can be operated as a cordless or mains powered appliance. If you want to
use the hair clipper immediately, connect the mains adapter lead to the appliance and
insert the adapter into a suitable mains socket (230V~)
Charging the batteries
Before first use as well as for the following chargements, the appliance should be
charged for 12 hours. Place the appliance onto the charging base and then plug the
mains adaptor into the mains socket. A small red charge indicator lamp (LED) indicates
the charging process. The hair clipper can be operated for approx. 45 minutes with a
full charge.
To ensure a long service life of the batteries, they should always be completely
discharged before recharging them.
To discharge them completely, the appliance should be operated until it comes to a
complete standstill.
