Problems

Possible Causes
Solutions
Contact technical service.
Take the boiling switch and on-off switch
to "on" position.
Wait until the unit to cool down or add cold
water.
Close the lid of boiler or place the teapot
on the kettle.

Clean the lime in the equipment as
described in the user’s manual.
When on-off switch is in "on" position, take
the boiling switch to boiling position.
