Storage and transport
If you don´t use the appliance for a long time (eg holiday), and in front of a shipping or
transportation please note the following points:
• Unplug the appliance and wrap the power cord.
• Clean the air filter and discharge the condensed water completely.
• Slide the exhaust hose together.
• Cover the unit safe from dust and store it in a dry area.
ATTENTION!
Before shipping or transport, the remaining conden- sed water from the tank must
be drained via the conden- sation drain and closed together. The appliance must
be tranported in upright position. Wait one hour after transpor- ting before start the
appliance.

eliminate the problem yourself.
WARNING!
Switch off and unplug the appliance before beginning troubleshooting. This will
prevent the appliance from acci- dentally being switched on.

If you were not able to eliminate a problem yourself, please contact an authorized
Fakir service center or a trained technician in your country.
Before you call Customer Service, check whether you can correct the problem/ fault
yourself. See TROUBLESHOOTING” section. If you can not resolve the problem/

shall be made available before you call. You can find this information on the TYPE
