User-Friendly Recommendations
1. During Measurement
A. The device is designed to automatically turn on as you step on it. Please note that the
subsequent measurements will be more effective.
B. Prior to use the device remove your shoes and socks and clean your feet.
C. Step lightly on the measurement area.
D. Have your daily measurements at the same time of the day.
E. The measurements may be inaccurate if taken after exercise, excessive dietary
behaviour and dehydrated.
F. Place the device on a hard and level surface prior to measure and keep it stabilized
during measurement.
G. There may be deviations in measurements for the below;
• Children under 10 years old and adults over 100 years old (only weight can be
determined)
• Body builders or athletes.
H. The individuals below should not use the device:
• Pregnant women
• Individuals with oedema
• Individuals who receive dialysis treatment
• Individuals with pacemakers or any individual implanted with a medical device.
• Patients who suffer from high fever or osteoporosis
• Athletes who had intense sporting activities for more than 10 hours
• Individuals with a pulse lower than 60 bpm.
