24. If an extension cord is absolutely necessary, an extension
cord rated a minimum of 2.5mm2 cord and 4m in length
should be used. Cords rated for less amperage may
overheat. Care should be taken to arrange cord so that it
can not be pulled or tripped over.
25. Do not leave the appliance unattended when the system is
connected to a power supply/electrical outlet.
26. Do not store unit with damp or wet microfiber cleaning
pocket attached. Never leave the steam mop in one spot
on any surface for any period of time with a damp or wet
microfiber cleaning pocket attached as this will damage
your floors.
27. Always unplug and allow the appliance to cool before
removing or changing mop heads.
28. When the appliance is plugged in, presuured steam occurs
inside the steam tank. In the meantime, do not open safety
filler cap. Steam can sputter and cause burns.
29. If the water finishes while using, first unplug the appliance,
press the trigger to discharge the steam then open the
safety filling tap carefully. Use the given funnel to fill the
water. If it is lost, get a new one form Fakir authorized
services.
30. After filling the appliance with water, close the safety filling
tap by turning it. Do not over-tighten the cover to avoid
damage to this seal as it is sealing gasket on the cover.
31. While using your device, boiling steam tank heater will
sound when engaged, it is usual. Boiling sound stops when
the heater circuit deactivated.
32. Safety filling tap let the pressure decreased in the tank
against excessive pressure in the tank for any reason. If
this condition repeats, strictly refer to Fakir authorized
services.
33. Discharge the water and refill the water tank in each usage.
34. There may be a slight odor at the first use, this is normal.
35. Microfiber cleaning pads, brushes are consumables, can
be provided from Fakir authorized servicews if needed.
36. While cleaning the textiles, never use concentrator, always
prefer the special bonnet accessories.
