Troubleshooting
Problems may be encountered while using the device, which their different types and causes are described
in following sections.
Intense data fluctuation
No display, dim display, reverse display or unrecognized characters
In case of reversed display or unrecognized characters, a short circuit between input and output circuits
is possible.
Current Output failure
Obstacle exists
Change installation location
Increase the Deadbane in "P06 Dead band"
No display or dim display
Check power supply's voltage
Wrong power supply polarity
Damaged fuse by high voltage/current shock
Ambient temperature less than 20'C
(The internal circuits works in this temperature, but not the display)
Water penetration
Life run-down
Current
output
failure
21.75 or 3.75 mA
Current Output
Sensor failure or no signal reception
Liquid level is in safety distance
fixed 4mA Current Output
Address is not 0 or HART connection is in progress.
Measure the Current
with an ammeter
Same results
Check PLC settings
Different
results
Wrong min and max level parameters
Faulty Transmeter
Display mode is wrong and need to be changed.
