Switch on the Nebufirst

inhalation device by pressing the
power switch

•
Breathe in the inhalation vapour carefully in a few times so that
the respiratory tract can accustom itself to the medicinal
vapour.
•
During the inhalation process, please remain in a relaxed
sitting position and breathe calmly and evenly.
•
If you use the mouthpiece

for inhalation, please enclose
the mouthpiece firmly with your lips.
Children and/or people in need of medical assistance
may only use the inhalation device with an inhalation
mask or tracheostoma mask (the latter in case of
tracheostomy) and must be supervised by an adult
and/or nursing staff.
If the tracheostoma mask (optional accessory) is
used for inhalation, the corresponding adapter must
also be used. Under no circumstances attach the
tracheostoma mask directly to the nebuliser!
•
After having breathed in the medicinal vapour (aerosol), hold
your breath for a few seconds and then breathe out slowly.
Patients inhaling orally should breathe out via their nose and
keep their mouth closed.
•
Press the inhalation mask or trachostoma mask

lightly onto your face or tracheostoma and inhale calmly.
•
When exhaling, please hold the inhalation mask /
tracheostoma mask

) at
a small distance
(fingerbreadth) away from your face or tracheostoma.
