12 Safety Precautions
12.1 Intended use
The operational safety of the Nebufirst
®
inhalation device can
only be guaranteed if the device is used appropriately (intended
use).
The Nebufirst
®
inhalation device is only used appropriately
if:
•
the Nebufirst
®
is used in accordance with these instructions,
for the prophylaxis and treatment of illnesses of the upper and
lower respiratory tract, e.g. for domestic inhalation therapy or
in medical facilities; AND
•
there is no medical contraindication for an inhalation therapy –
if necessary, please consult your physician for advice; AND
•
the medication used and its dosage were determined by your
physician; AND
•
children and patients in need of medical assistance use the
inhalation device only under supervision.
Please carefully observe the operating and maintenance
instructions!
