CAST ALUMINUM COOKWARE
Using the cookware in the oven:
• The Griddles (17.5" and 23.5"), the Paella Pans (12.5", 14.5" and 16") and the casserole and stock
pot from the 7 piece cookware set are oven safe up to 500°F. The glass lids are all oven safe- but
the knobs will retain heat, use pot holders or similar protection when handling.
• The rest of the line, including the Square Grill, the Skillets and the Sauce Pan from the 7 Piece set
are oven safe only with handles removed. If you remove the handles prior to placing the cookware
in the oven, these models will be oven-safe up to 500º F.
Cleaning and Storage:
• Although this cookware is dishwasher safe, we recommend that you clean it by hand with soapy
water. Avoiding dishwashers, pan scrubs and abrasive materials will prolong the life of the non-stick
coating.
• To avoid scratching the non-stick surface, do not place other pieces of cookware directly on top of
the Fagor Cast Aluminum Cookware during storage.
