5. WASTE ELIMINATION
The materials used in the
packaging, product and
accessories can be recycled.
Correct separation of waste
materials will allow recyclable
materials to be re-used.
When the appliance is no longer useful, you
should cut its cord to put it out of action and
dispose of it using a suitable waste
elimination procedure. For further
information on this matter, consult your local
authorities.
TIMER: Press to select an operating
period of 1, 2 or 4 hours. The light will
indicate the time period selected.
When this function is disconnected,
the light will turn off.
Each time this pushbutton is pressed,
it goes from one selection to another,
in the following sequence:
ION GENERATOR: Press to activate
the ion function. The fan will issue
negative ions to clean and purify the
air. The light will indicate if this
function is activated or deactivated.
Press again to deactivate the
function; the light will turn off.
Before any maintenance and cleaning,
unplug the device from the mains power
supply.
DO NOT SUBMERGE THE APPLIANCE IN
WATER. Do not let water come into contact
with the engine during cleaning.
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the
outside of the fan, then dry.
Do not use solvents, abrasive products,
alcohol nor any other chemical product to to
clean the fan.
When not in use for long periods, keep in a
dry place.
